Big Bad World is the 5th studio album from the Plain White T's but it is going to be considered their sophomore effort as a follow-up to 2007's Every Second Counts and their uber-popular hit Hey There Delilah. The T's open this record with a couple infectious sunny pop tunes like Big Bad World and Natural Disaster. These songs show case the T's ability to create radio-ready music and even something you can easily sing along to [Ohhhhhhh].

Deeper into the album you will find the much anticipated Delilah clone in the song 1, 2, 3, 4. While the comparisons are expected, 1, 2, 3, 4 is much more lyrically clever with words like "there's only one thing two do three words four you." The group continues there pursuit of love with the catchy [Do do do] That Girl and the very mellow Sunlight. I find this to be a solid album for a band that many had written off as a one-hit wonder and expect a couple more tracks to find there way to a radio station near you.
